Itinerary

• Tuesday 5/20:

  • Arrive and Check into the Tru by Hilton.

  • Meet & Greet at the Rooftop Bar @ 700pm. This is physically at the hotel.

• Wednesday 5/21:

  • Doors open to the conference room at 7am EST, to give you plenty of time to set up your trading station. There will be power strips and extra screens for traders (HDMI cabling is the universal video plug on all extra screens). Conference room is located next to the lobby.

  • Breakfast is available from 7am until 9am, and includes the buffet style as well as in-meeting snacks and coffee.

  • Trading and education will begin around 745am and continue until approximately 1145am EST.

  • Lunch will be at 1215pm at Beachhouse, an informal, beachfront restaurant a very short walk from the hotel.

  • After lunch, enjoy the beach and local attractions

  • Reconvene at 230pm in the meeting room for afternoon market and key trading tips and strategies. Afternoon sessions will be more heavily focused on education.

  • Break around 4-430pm. You can leave your workstation set up - the doors will be locked at night.

  • Dinner is at Oceanic Restaurant at 6pm. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 545 and walk over together. Dinner, while slightly fancier, is by no means dressy. Be comfortable and relax!

  • You are invited to meet after to go to Lucky Fish for live music, cigars and beverages.

• Thursday 5/22:

  • Doors open at 7am EST

  • Breakfast is available from 7am until 9am, and includes the buffet style as well as in-meeting snacks and coffee.

  • Trading and education will begin right away and continue until approximately 1145am EST.

  • Lunch will be at 1215pm at Beachhouse.

  • After lunch, enjoy the beach and local attractions

  • Reconvene at 230pm in the meeting room for afternoon market and key trading tips and strategies. Afternoon sessions will be more heavily focused on education.

  • Break around 4-430pm

  • Doors open at 7am EST

  • Breakfast is available from 7am until 9am, and includes the buffet style as well as in-meeting snacks and coffee.

  • Trading and education will begin right away and continue until approximately 1145am EST.
